Friday – May 14
- Arrive at your leisure and check into the beautiful, ultra-luxurious 5 star Palazzo Versace, Gold Coast.
- 6.30pm – Welcome cocktail party will begin, followed by our first gala dinner.
Saturday – May 15
- Begin your day with a wonderful selection of breakfast choices.
- Following breakfast there will be a full day of conference including amazing speakers, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
- Evening: Free evening to do as you wish!
Sunday – May 16
- Start your day with breakfast at our stunning resort restaurant – Il Barocco
- Breakfast will be followed by some free time to sit by the incredible pool, take a walk around the remarkable Palazzo Versace to simply relax and network with your new found friends or take in the sights and shopping at the beautiful Gold Coast.
- Evening: Glitz up for our second Gala dinner, music and dancing.
Monday – May 17
- Start your day with a scrumptious breakfast at Il Barocco
- This is followed by a second full day of conference with more speakers, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
- Evening: Our farewell Gala dinner. Take a moment to reflect back at the amazing memories that have been created and enjoy a delicious dinner while being entertained by our live music.
Tuesday – May 18
- Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at Il Barocco.
- Enjoy your last day of luxury including a lazy 12pm check out time before making your way back to reality!

What else do I need to pay for to get there?
You will need to book your own flights and travel insurance.
What will I need to pay for while at the event?
You will be responsible for your own hotel incidentals and your own drinks other than specified in the inclusions above.
Can I stay for any extra nights?

What options are available to get me from the airport?
We will be arranging airport transfers. More details will become available closer to the event. These will be availabe at a cost to you.
Can I have my own room?
You can have your own room if you choose. You will just need to pay a single room supplement on top of your event ticket.
What happens if Covid-19 shuts my borders and I can't attend?
If you’ve paid for the event and aftwards your border gets closed and you can’t travel to the event, you will be issued a refund (minus credit card or PayPal fees).
