We will then take you through a full day guided luxurious bus tour into the gorgeous wine region and you’ll take in all the sites of the amazing Barossa Valley. Your private guide will take you to the award winning Seppeltsfield Winery, the region’s absolute finest! Visit the chocolate factory and the jam factory. A guided tour and wine tastings is included for you. You will visit some of South Australia‘s iconic spots including the world-famous Hahndorf, a mesmerising German town in the stunning Adelaide hills. You will experience a scrumptious lunch from the regions cuisine and then spend some time simply sipping a glass of wine and taking in the stunning views of the Barossa valley. Your Itinerary
Sunday – September 08
- Arrive at your leisure and check into the beautiful Stamford Grand right on the beach.
- Our welcome cocktail party will kick off at 7 pm followed by our amazing Gala Dinner, our band and dancing the night away.
Monday – September 09
- Start your morning with a delicious breakfast. Then make your way to meet your luxurious coach to take you through the stunning Adelaide Hills visiting the magical town of Hahndorf. Afterwards moving onto the award winning and Barossa Valley‘s finest and most luxurious Seppeltsfield Winery.
- A full day of eating drinking and sights before making our way back to the Stamford Grand we will have a free evening to do as you like!
Monday – September 10
- Enjoy breakfast before making your way for a 9am start for a full day business conference including morning/afternoon teas and lunch. Finish at 5 pm.
- Come on down to the ballroom to kick off your DanceFit dance class With Jessica Raffa.
- Make your way back to your room to prepare for a second Gala Dinner which begins at 7:30 pm.
- And evening filled with surprises!
Tuesday – September 11
- Start your morning the right way and make your way to the Ballroom at 7:30 am for a mindfulness session. This is a guided meditation delivered by South Australia’s best Bella Vita Yoga and Meditation.
- Head back to your room for a shower and then breakfast in the Promenade Restaurant.
- Be back in the Ballroom at 9 am for the second day of action-packed business and motivation conference. This wraps up at 5pm.
- Make your way back to your room and prepare for the evening of your life in the Ballroom for the most epic fun night ever!
Wednesday – September 12
- Wake up and start your day with a leisurely breakfast at the Promenade Restaurant before checking out at 12 pm and making your way back home a completely different person than you were five days ago. This is an absolute promise!

What else do I need to pay for to get there?
You will need to book your own flights and travel insurance.
What will I need to pay for while at the event?

What options are available to get me from the airport?
We will be arranging airport transfers. More details will become available closer to the event. These will be availabe at a cost to you.
Can I have my own room?
You can have your own room if you choose. You will just need to pay a single room supplement on top of your event ticket.
What happens if Covid-19 shuts my borders and I can't attend?
If you’ve paid for the event and aftwards your border gets closed and you can’t travel to the event, you will be issued a refund (minus credit card or PayPal fees).
